Having Problems with your PanelMate or PanelMate Plus 1000?

• Our most popular option, we can upgrade you to the latest generation PanelMate ePro or Eaton's new XV and XP operator interface equipment. We convert the configuration file from your PanelMate 1000 so it will work in one of the latest generation Eaton operator interface systems.  Then we can install the converted configuration and verify it in the new Eaton operator interface equipment before we ship it to you. New Eaton operator interface equipment comes with a one year limited warranty.

• We can refurbish your PanelMate 1000 or PanelMate Plus 1000.  When you get your refurbished PanelMate 1000 system back from us, all you will need to do is install it in your control panel, connect the cables, turn on the power, run some simple tests and you will be back in normal operation.
  
  
• We occasionally have new or refurbished PanelMate 1000 systems on our shelves that we offer for sale (with a six month limited warranty).  Call us to see if we have one for you.
